This website is operated by شركة هالة الذوبان (Halat Aldhuban, trading as Noya), a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It presents our collections, catering and gifting services. Products are not sold through this website.

2. Product information

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours, packaging and assortments may vary, and seasonal pieces change. Allergen information on this site is a guide; always check the label on the product.

3. Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry does not create an order or a binding agreement. An order is confirmed only by a written quotation accepted by both parties.

4. Intellectual property

The Noya name, logo, ornament, patterns, photography and content on this site belong to Noya or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission.

5. Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Noya is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction. The Arabic version prevails.
